This 'walk-up' espresso machine is optimized to produce excellent espresso without the need to wait half an hour, monitor temperatures, or run flushing routines. It features a custom-designed 1000W, 1.5L steam boiler encasing a calibrated brew coil designed to heat just below brew temperature. A 200W cartridge heater built into the group brings the brew water up to its final temperature, actuated seamlessly with the twist of the brew paddle. The dual-element system brings the Stone up from cold to brew and steam temperatures at an incredibly fast 10-minute time. Controls are simple, with brewing actuated from a group-mounted paddle and steaming using a standard knob and 2-hole steam wand setup.

The Stone Plus also features a unique black base color with swappable magnetic side panels, called Slabs, to keep the machine current in your kitchen for years to come. Additional panel colors and finishes can be matched, mixed, and swapped.
