The Breville Infuser Espresso Machine BES840XL, Brushed Stainless Steel, has a pre-infusion function that applies low water pressure at the start of the extraction in order to gently expand grinds for an even extraction. The 1600w thermocoil heating system with integrated stainless steel water coil accurately controls water temperature. Additionally, the auto purge function automatically adjusts water temperature after steam for optimal espresso extraction temperature. The 15 bar Italian pump provides complete volumetric control - preset, manual over-ride, or re-programmable volumes.
Included accessories are single and dual wall filter baskets, a coffee scoop, a stainless steel jug, a cleaning disc and tablets, a cleaning tool, and a water filter with holder. It is important to note that there is a "Black Plastic" insert inside the stainless steel bowl of the portafilter.
